South Tregleath Farm is situated with stunning views over the picturesque Camel Valley looking out towards Padstow. Situated centrally in Cornwall between the North Coast with its stunning beaches and The Eden Project to the south - the farmhouse offers well-appointed luxury accommodation with a slant towards contemporary Mediterranean living where you can feel you are on holiday in a very special place.
Our accommodation sleeps 6 comfortably in our three rooms all with en suite facilities. Anne cooks a full English breakfast, on the Rayburn, at a time to suit you, with home-made bread, marmalade, cream, honey and other produce from our farm, when possible.
Anne & John, your hosts, have a wealth of local knowledge - being born and bred in Cornwall. As well as country life they have travelled extensively throughout Africa and Asia. The experiences and sights they have encountered in their travels have greatly influenced the decoration at South Tregleath and create a truly unique feel.
The family run farm consists of 500 acres with 220 dairy cows. Guests are invited to visit the working dairy and watch the cows being milked. Children can help feed the calves and collect eggs from our free range hens, offering a unique insight into a working farm. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay but if you do not have your own dog take Saffron our Labrador or Fern our Springer Spaniel for a walk across the fields to our lakes and conservation areas.
We won the Cornwall Conservation Award in 2002 for promoting conservation on a working farm.
