The Harrington Guest House is a large town house, centrally located, newly furnished and has been awarded a 3 star rating with enjoyengland.com.
It offers excellent value accommodation with 6 high standard en-suite rooms, cleaned to a very high standard. This is a lovely guest house its very clean, has new custom fitted furniture, LCD TV's, free WI-FI and tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms, has a lounge with pool/tennis table, a large LCD TV and is fully central heated. We are a family run guest house with a freindly owner who will make you feel at home, perfect for a family holiday or for couples to enjoy a break.
Breakfast is served in our pleasant dining room at your own table, if you wish an early breakfast for trips out or sandwiches to take with you can be requested. Cereals, fresh orange juice and a full English breakfast is served, if you wish vegetarian breakfast please inform on arrival, scramble, poached or boil eggs on request, all diets catered for.
It has 2 beaches within 300ft and 1 other beach with extreme activities, a zoo, boating lake, sports and swimming complex, all within a mile. Train Station is less than 150ft away (but very quite), airport within 10 minutes drive.

A little recent history.
The current owners took over 7 years ago and only 3 years ago began managing the guest house themselves, at which time they completely renovated the building. With it being there own business the attention to detail and happiness of guests is of no1 importance as return custom and family reccomendations from all guests is what we are aiming for. So if you stayed here before 3 years ago I would certainly reccomend you to return and I can be sure you will be happy with the changes. The rooms have all been redone with new bathrooms and fitted furniture, all have good size LCD tv, free WI-FI, branded tea & coffee, hair dryer, industrially cleaned linen and towels (1 hand and bath towel per guest, 1 bath mat per room all changed when you like and a daily chambermaid, with ironing facilities on request.
The breakfast has also changed with the standards now very high, we recieve compliments from nearly all our guests, its cooked to order so its hot and if you dont like an english breakfast, but want more than oj, cereals and toast, just let us know when you arrive and we will be glad to meet your needs. Lastly one thing most guests say is that at £20-29 pppn its exellent value for money.
